The "panorama gondolas" made of glass offer a fabulous panoramic view of the stone massif of the Dachstein mountains. In only 10 minutes the gondola covers 1,000 metres in altitude. Whether hiking in summer or skiing in winter, the Dachstein Glacier World is a high alpine nature experience at 2,700 m. Special highlights are the Ice Palace with ice sculptures, light and sound effects, the Sky Walk, the most spectacular viewing platform in the Alps, the Dachstein suspension bridge, 400 m deep, and the Treppe-ins-Nichts, a glass platform at a dizzying height.
